At ODODOS, we want you to feel confident in your performance gear; if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping mailer or a secure box of your choice.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
